Door County Wedding Inspiration — First Look Photos

The first look wedding photo idea is a new idea relatively speaking. Traditionally, the bride and groom do not see each other until the bride walks down the aisle. However, it seems more couples are opting for the first look photo for various reasons.

First, it offers the photographer an opportunity to capture that special moment on film in your own private setting. Second, it allows the photographer to capture individual shots of the bride and groom before the wedding, when it is more difficult to pull them away from the fun. And, third, it is a chance for the bride and groom to share a moment together before the ceremony begins.

But suppose the bride wants to wait until the ceremony but the groom would prefer a first look shoot… What to do? We found a few sweet compromises we think you both can agree on.
