Door County Real Wedding — On the Water

Danielle and Reggie’s July wedding was spectacular and steamy along the water at the Wave Pointe Marina & Resort. Their peeks through the windows and contagious smiles filled the air with love, and we can’t wait to share their beautiful day with you!
From the Bride . . . We chose Door County because that’s where I grew up and where many of my memories are. I can’t imagine having grown up anywhere else. Door County is also beautiful, and Reggie and I both love being by the water. I grew up out on the lake with my dad and family. The beach is where most of my favorite memories are. I love pink so we wanted to have a pink arrangement. Black looks so pretty with the blue background of the water and the big pink bouquets just looked great with the black to add enough color so it would still look like a wedding. Wave Pointe was just the perfect place. It was so reasonable, and they did a wonderful job. I had Jeremy at the Sturgeon Bay Florist do my flowers. He went above and beyond. My cake was done by JoAnn at North Water Street Bakery in Algoma — an extremely cheap but elegant and tasty cake! And, we had the best photographers, The McCartneys!
